Fried Frank represented Coach, Inc., a leading New York design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle brands, in the sale-leaseback of its global headquarters at 10 Hudson Yards in New York City which closed on August 1, 2016. The transaction values the skyscraper at US$2.15 billion and Coach received a purchase price in excess of US$700 million. Coach also entered into a 20-year lease at 10 Hudson Yards for its global headquarters and will be the largest tenant at the building, occupying approximately 694,000 rentable square feet. Fried Frank represented Coach in its initial investment in the project in 2013.
