
SL Green Realty Corp (NYSE: SLG) today announced that IMG Worldwide, the global leader in sports, fashion and media, has signed an 18,032-square-foot expansion lease covering the entire 6th floor at 304 Park Avenue South. IMG now occupies 130,655 square feet on seven floors in the 210,000-square foot property in Midtown South.
IMG Worldwide is a leading agent for many of the world’s top fashion models, athletes and artists with business operations in 25 countries which include global licensing, event management and the IMG Academy.
