William Raveis New York City, the 100th office of the largest family-owned real estate company in the northeast, today announced that industry veteran Otari (Terry) Bater is now leading its New York City rental division, joining the firm from his previous post at Douglas Elliman, where he also specialized in rental transactions. Prior to that, Bater worked at residential brokerage Hecht Group for more than a decade, building on his prior entrepreneurial background in commercial building purchases and sales.
Paul Purcell, managing director of William Raveis New York City, said having Bater on board will help forward the firm’s mission to elevate the rental experience.
