CBRE Group, Inc. announced today the firm’s latest under-20,000-square-foot office leasing transactions in Manhattan.

Tenant Representation

CBRE’s Keith Caggiano and Gary Davies represented Global Design Concepts at 10 West 33rd Street in an 18,953-sq.-ft. renewal. The term is five years. David Levy of Adams & Company represented the landlord.

CBRE’s Keith Caggiano and Roshan Shah represented Industrious at 215 Park Avenue South in a 17,255-sq.-ft. lease for the entire 12th floor. The term is fifteen years. SL Green’s Gary Rosen and Howard Tenenbaum represented the landlord in-house.

CBRE’s Craig Reicher and Michael Rizzo co-brokered with McBride Real Estate Services to represent Riverside Research Institute at 165 Williams Street in a five-year renewal for 16,899 sq. ft. on the entire 9th floor. Paul Wexler of the Corcoran Group represented the landlord.

CBRE’s Evan Fiddle and Brad Needleman represented Alden Global Capital at 855 Third Avenue in a seven-year renewal for 13,854 sq. ft. on the entire 34th floor. Newmark represented the landlord.

CBRE’s Cara Chayet, David Kleinhandler, Ken Rapp and Michael Wellen represented Perkins Coie at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in a 19,845-sq.-ft. sublet renewal on the partial 25th floor. The term is two years. CBRE’s David Kleinhandler, Ken Rapp, Andrew Sussman and Zach Weil represented the sublandlord.

CBRE’s Jonathan Cope and Edward Goldman represented Stawski Partners at 33 Whitehall Street in an 18,903-sq.-ft. direct renewal for the entire 12th and partial 14th floors for the U.S. Department of Labor. The term is one year.

CBRE’s Ariel Ball, Evan Fiddle, Benjamin Friedland, Hugh McDonald, Silvio Petriello and Michael Wellen represented Arconic at 390 Park Avenue in a 10,726-sq.-ft. sublease to Opus Bank for the entire 8th floor. The term is three years. Cushman and Wakefield’s John Cefaly and Evan Algier represented the tenant.

CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King and Patrice Meagher represented Friedland Properties at 645 Madison Avenue in a 10,466-sq.-ft. direct renewal on the entire 5th floor for a three-year term. The tenant, Phoenix Realty Group, Inc., was represented by CBRE’s Ramsey Feher and Silvio Petriello.

CBRE’s Brian Dooley and Ross Zimbalist represented Unite Here at 275 Seventh Avenue in a 10,429-sq.-ft. direct lease for the partial 15th floor to Brand Networks, LLC. Scott Brown of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
