Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a 15-year, 74,069-square-foot lease renewal for NYU Langone Health at 14 Wall Street. NYU Langone Health will continue to occupy the building’s entire 9th and 10th floors.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Mandell and Bruce Mosler represented the tenant in the transaction. Alan Wildes, Stephen Bellwood, Jonathan Fein, Carlos Suarez, and Lou D’Avanzo represented the landlord, Roza 14W, LLC.

Building amenities include an on-site building management office, an Equinox Health Club, a newsstand, barber shop, and nail salon. Amerigroup, Barclays, T.J Maxx, and Starbucks are also among the building’s tenants.
Located on Wall Street between Broadway and Broad Street, the property is directly across the street from the New York Stock Exchange. The property is easily accessible by the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, E, J, M, R, W and Z subway lines, in addition to the PATH and Staten Island Ferry.
