Macklowe Properties recently hosted Kirk Henckels at the 200 East 59th Street sales gallery for a celebration and signing of his new bookLife at the Top: New York’s Exceptional Apartment Buildings. Developer Harry Macklowe greeted guests and introduced Henckels and his book which chronicles the 15 most outstanding apartment houses in New York City including 432 Park Avenue.
Guests, including many of the city’s top brokers, were gifted signed copies of Henckels’ book and invited to experience the features of Macklowe’s newestresidential condominium 200 East 59th Street while touring the sales gallery with the project’s sales team from Douglas Elliman including Natalie Rakowski, Barbara Russo, Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon.
This new, 35-story, 67-unit tower, reaffirms Macklowe’s commitment to modernism, the hallmark of many of the developer’s past projects.
