The New York City office of Avison Young arranged a seven-year, 5,208 square-foot-lease for Hello &Hola Media, Inc. at One Grand Central Place, a 55-story office tower located on 42nd Streetbetween Madison and Park Avenues. The space will serve as the new company headquarters for the leading Spanish media company and also represents their first Manhattan presence.

Robin Kelz, Senior Director Avison Young represented the tenant in the negotiations. The building’s landlord Empire State Realty Trust was represented in-house by Julie Christiano, Assistant Vice President, Leasing.

The convenient mass transit access of One Grand Central Place (OGCP) was the ideal choice," said Kelz. “OGCP is an iconic office high-rise which recently underwent a substantial upgrade, adding state-of-the-art amenities to its historic charm and architectural beauty. The space checked every box for a tenant that wanted to be in the heart of Manhattan. We were able to quickly negotiate a deal with favorable leasing terms, and immediate occupancy in a newly appointed pre-built for our client.”
