AmTrust Title Insurance Company announced it has further fortified operations in the North Atlantic region with the addition of Devin Kelley, Agency Representative for Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Kelley, who is charged with developing and expanding agency relationships in those two States, comes to AmTrust Title directly after having operated his own company, Kelley Signatures, LLC, which specialized in closing residential and commercial transactions for a wide variety of title insurance agencies and underwriters.

Before he ran his own company, Mr. Kelley was a Settlement Agent for a title agency in Maryland, where he performed closings of residential mortgages. Prior to that, he was a Loan Officer with a Maryland-based mortgage company.

Mr. Kelley is a licensed Notary Public in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also certified by the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent.

He earned a BS degree in Management Information Systems from Salisbury University in Maryland.
