The Tri-State offices for Avison Youngare announcing they have arranged three separate medical office leases in Long Island City, Garden Cityand New Rochelle,totaling nearly 30,000 square feet,for ClearChoice Management Services, a leading regional provider of specialized dental implants. Representatives from theAvison Young New York City, Long Island and Fairfield/Westchesteroffices worked in tandem to close these multiple transactions, and the deals were sourced through a referral by the firm’s Los Angeles office.
These three long-term leaseseach represent new locations for the Denver, CO based ClearChoice Management Services and demonstrate the company’s commitment to expandingits presence throughout the entire New York metro area as well as their confidence in the Avison Young brand across the country. The three leases include the following:
Long Island City, Queens:
The Avison Young New York City office closed a10-year, 9,170-square-foot-lease on the third floor of 22-15 43d Avenue, an office property in Long Island Cityfor Clear Choice.An Avison Youngteam of Martin Cottingham, Principal, Michael Gottlieb, Principal, and Patrick Steffens, Associate, represented the tenant in the negotiations. The initial transaction was sourced by Matt Wallaceand Torrey DiRoberto, both Vice Presidents in the Avison Young Los Angeles office. Joe Grotto and Edward Kent with Cushman & Wakefield represented the buildingowner, Werwaiss & Company, in the transaction.
Garden City, Long Island:
The Avison Young Long Island office arranged an11-year, 9,500-square-foot leaseon the secondfloorof 990 Stewart Avenue, aClass Aoffice buildingin Garden City,for ClearChoice. An Avison Young team comprising Ted Stratigos, Principal, Amanda Gorozdi, Senior Associate, and Kevin Stratigos, Associate Broker, represented the tenant in the negotiations. John LaRuffa with NAI represented the buildingowner, Onyx Equities, in the transaction.
New Rochelle, Westchester
The Avison Young Fairfield/Westchester office arranged a10-year, 10,125-square-foot lease on the third floor of 20 Cedar Street, an office property in New Rochelle for ClearChoice. An Avison Young team comprised of Sean Cahill, Principal & Managing Director and Lou Amalfitano, Vice President, represented the tenant in the negotiations. Roy Katter with Katter Company, represented the building owner, Cedar Plaza Associates in the transaction.
