Richardson joins the Vantage RES team during a time of intense growth. This year alone, Vantage RES relocated to a considerably larger headquarters, added multiple new team members, as well as increased their portfolio with large-scale clients. Richardson will help the team sustain continued growth while maintaining the highest standards in service and integrity.

Richardson has over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, leadership and business development. Before joining Vantage RES, Richardson served as Vice President of Global Engineering for PCI Pharmaceutical Services, a global provider of comprehensive outsourced pharmaceutical services. In this position, Richardson played a key role in acquisitions and business development while drastically improving efficiencies and cost savings for the firm.

Ken has a deep understanding of building systems within manufacturing facilities and warehousing. Over the course of his career, he has led multiple building and renovation projects including lab space, corporate office buildings and manufacturing space. His engineering and processing background have enabled him to successfully manage projects with capital budgets in excess of $50 million.
