Zarro will lead marketing and sales efforts for the development firm
Ceruzzi Properties (Ceruzzi) has inked a long-term agreement with Anna Zarro who will serve as Executive in Residence, Head of Sales, Marketing & Communications. The first two projects to launch under her leadership will be 1289 Lexington; a 230,000 square foot new ground-up mixed-use development on the Upper East Side, and 138 East 50th Street, an iconic 71-story Pelli Clarke Pelli designed tower in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Both new developments are slated to launch next year.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the industry, Zarro’s background encompasses development marketing and real estate operations including project management, pre-development and design, residential sales and leasing. She has held several senior management positions, most recently as the Senior Vice President and Director of Residential Sales & Leasing of Extell Marketing Group, the in-house department responsible for executing the sales, marketing and leasing efforts for Extell Development Company. At Extell, she worked directly with the President and CEO to launch six new projects; including The Kent, One Manhattan Square, The Lofts at Pier Village, Brooklyn Point, 555Ten and EVGB, while heading up sales for all other active projects, including One57 and 70 Charlton. In her position she further established and grew Extell Marketing Group in addition to collaborating with all other company departments, consultants and the brokerage community locally and internationally.
Earlier in her career, she served on the Executive Committee as Senior Vice President of Development Marketing and Leasing at TOWN Residential. Zarro has been a key contributor to the success of notable residential and mixed-use, ground-up and conversion projects across New York City and the Tri-State Area for an impressive client list including LargaVista Companies, Broadmill Development, The Gotham Organization, Blumenfeld Development Group, Thor Equities, The Torkian Group, DTH Capital, Bonjour Capital and Kinsmen Property Group. In addition to her new role with Ceruzzi, Zarro continues to work with Extell and other select local, domestic and international real estate clients.
