Yoon, Focused on Landlord Representation in the Outer Boroughs, Joins from Schuckman Realty
RIPCO Real Estate (RIPCO) today announced that Peter Yoon will join the Brooklyn office as Director. Mr. Yoon joins RIPCO after 14 years in the brokerage business, the last five years at Schuckman Realty where he focused on both landlord and tenant representation.

The notable landlords Mr. Yoon has represented throughout his career are Van Barton Group, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, Midwood Investment and Development and Acadia Realty Trust. Notable tenants include well-known mobile and fast food businesses such as Panda Express, Cricket Wireless, Dunkin Donuts, T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro PCS, Burger King, and Popeyes. Most recently he completed transactions with Starbucks in Maspeth, Queens for 2,000 square feet and Green Forest Market on Kings Highway in Brooklyn for 8,500 square feet. While at Schuckman Realty, Mr. Yoon executed more than 50 transactions across the outer boroughs, Westchester and northern New Jersey.

Mr. Yoon was previously a residential broker for nine years and has focused on retail for the last five years. He is a native New Yorker and is licensed in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Yoon joins Evan Schuckman and Craig Gelberg who also came from Schuckman Realty in 2017.
