City Council Approves Alloy’s 80 Flatbush Project in Downtown Brooklyn

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP is proud to have acted as counsel to Alloy Development in connection with the zoning, environmental reviews, and other approvals for its approximately 1.03 million square foot development, in partnership with the New York City Educational Construction Fund (ECF), of a full block located at 80 Flatbush Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn.

On September 26, 2018, the New York City Council approved the rezoning of Alloy’s full-block development in Downtown Brooklyn. The block will include market-rate and affordable apartments, two public schools, office space, and retail.

Alloy Development is a Brooklyn-based real estate development company and established leader within the industry with over US$1.6 billion in projects completed or in development since 2006.
