EmpireCore is pleased to announce that it has been selected by The Dermot Company to redevelop 101 West End, a 33-story residential building located in the Upper West Side neighborhood of the City.

The redevelopment will include upgrades to the building’s rooftop lounge, indoor dog park, individual units and community lounge.The property is in close proximity to the Lincoln Center, Central Park West, Riverside Park and high-end retail stores.

The firm plans to provide luxury living spaces unique to the Upper West Side experience. EmpireCore will modernize the building by adding state-of-the-art finishing touches to all 503 units.Building improvements will also include the addition of a 15,000 square-foot communal lounge, a multi-purpose terrace and over 20,000 square feet of luxury amenity space. Projections for the completed redevelopment of 101 West End are set for 2020.
