Tali Panken has joined DLA Piper as a Real Estate associate in the New York office.
Panken advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including complex joint venture transactions, real estate restructurings, preferred equity investments and acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets. She also represents financial institutions and borrowers in connection with real estate financings, and she analyzes, reviews and drafts other commercial agreements and corporate documentation.
Panken joins from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York. She earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
