Towne Center’s New Ownership Retains Brokerage as Exclusive Leasing Broker for Shopping Center

Vantage Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that Altum Chiropractic, a neurologically based chiropractic center, has signed a lease at Towne Center at Short Hills, 484 Evesham Road, Cherry Hill, NJ. The Towne Center at Short Hills is conveniently located on the border of Cherry Hill and Voorhees, just minutes from I-295 and Routes 70 and 73. The shopping center features a diverse rosterof co-tenants, including Short Hills Deli, Olive Nail Salon, Starbucks, and Stretch Me. It is also now under new ownership, having been acquired by Harry Rosenblum in October 2019.

Dr. Marisa Baumann, owner at Altum Chiropractic, will be providing consultations, chiropractic evaluations, x-ray imaging, and the administration of chiropractic adjustments to the spine in the 1775 SF space within the shopping center. The office is undergoing a complete renovation and will be open to treating patients in early 2020.

Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services at Vantage RES, worked closely with the Landlord, Rosenblum, to secure Altum Chiropratic’s long-term lease in the shopping center. This addition mirrors the trend in the healthcare industry to lease space in retail locations.

Rosenblum is planning significant upgrades to the property, including connecting all parking lots and thruways allowing for better traffic flow and easier accessibility. Due to Vantage RES’s success in leasing retail space in what is a challenging environment for retail, Rosenblum retained Vantage RES as the exclusive leasing broker for Towne Center at Short Hills. This is the fifth successful lease that Vantage RES secured at the center in the past year.
