The expanded construction firm will operate under the Cauldwell Wingate Brand

Cauldwell Wingate, a leading New York City-based construction firm, is pleased to announce its merger with construction firm Bravo Builders. The combined entity will operate under the Cauldwell Wingate name as the expanded teams work collaboratively to continue growing the firm’s footprint and delivering industry-leading client service across the New York metropolitan area. The firm will be led by new President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Palumbo and Chief Operating Officer Clifford C. Aikens.

Previously the President of Bravo Builders,Mr. Palumbo will leadthe newly merged Cauldwell Wingate team and its continued expansion in the New York-area construction market.Mr. Palumbo has more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry and has helped develop many tools and processes for the successful management of complex construction projects, including new buildings and major renovations.
