WHAT: Time Equities, Inc. (TEI) has recently installed a large typographic sculpture on its 310W Plaza at the corner of Old Third Street and West Wisconsin Avenue. Measuring at more than 16 feet in the building’s iconic cobalt blue, the sculpture serves as the sign for 310W on its public plaza and reflects TEI’s commitment to creating interesting public spaces. Signage and public art is a small part of the more than $30 million that TEI is investing in the third largest multi-tenant office complex in the state. Renovations will continue in 2020 for the repositioned Class-A office and retail complex.
