Real Estate Finance Leader to Expand IPG’s Strategic Capital Relationships

Innovo Property Group (IPG), a leading New York City-based real estate investment and operating company founded by Andrew Chung and backed by Nan Fung Group, named Graham Stephens as a Principal in the Investments team and Head of Capital Markets. In his role, Stephens will help IPG expand its dynamic portfolio and build strategic capital relationships.

Stephens has over 15 years of experience successfully closing a variety of complex real estate transactions exceeding $17 billion in total value. Prior to joining IPG, Stephens led the institutional investment sales team for JLL, formerly known as HFF, in New York City. He also previously held real estate capital markets positions at Cushman and Wakefield, formerly known as Cassidy Turley, and RBS Greenwich Capital.

Stephens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and is involved with a number of professional and civic organizations including the Urban Land Institute, Books for Kids and the Wounded Warrior Project.

Since 2015, IPG has been investing in New York City and is one of the city’s most active industrial players focused on last-mile and urban warehouse facilities. IPG has several significant investments across the boroughs including 2505 Bruckner and 511 Barry Street in the Bronx and 24-02 49th Avenue in Long Island City.
