Andres Soto
Queens-based real estate brokerage company Modern Spaces announced Andres Soto as Senior Managing Director of the firm’s Vernon Boulevard sales and leasing office in Long Island City, Queens. With over 13 years of real estate experience, Soto is responsible for overseeing the Vernon Boulevard office’s 15 agents and is expected to expand by hiring approximately 10 new agents this year. Soto will also be tasked with enhancing the firm’s business practices, which Modern Spaces continuously strives to improve.
A lifelong resident of Queens, Soto brought in-depth knowledge of the borough when he first joined Modern Spaces in 2018 as a sales agent. Prior to joining Modern Spaces, Soto managed teams at Keller Williams and Exit Kingdom Realty, where he successfully sold over $10M of inventory.
“With years of refined customer service and a strong reputation in New York City’s real estate market, Soto is an invaluable member of the team and we at Modern Spaces welcome everything he will bring in this new role,” said Eric Benaim founder and CEO of Modern Spaces.
Since its inception in 2008, Modern Spaces has amassed 70% of the new development market share in Long Island City and continues to expand beyond Queens to other neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Jersey City.
“In my new role, I look forward to propelling Modern Spaces forward as a premier, full-service brokerage firm in 2020 and beyond,” said Soto. Outside the office, Soto is passionate about his New York City Football Club (NYCFC) Nation podcast, for which he is the founder and host.
