Holt Construction is pleased to highlight Wayne Lawrence, Project Executive – Healthcare, and his 15-year track record of success across a full range of projects in the New York Metropolitan area, including the healthcare, commercial, civil and educational sectors. Most recently, he delivered the $24 million, state-of-the-art Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute for Kindred Healthcare and Atlantic Health System in Morristown, New Jersey. Wayne led the project, delivering comprehensive construction management services on the two-story, 46,000-square-foot rehabilitation facility.

“Wayne’s track record of project success directly speaks to the leadership and skill that he brings to Holt,” said Chris Asaro, President of Holt Construction. “We look forward to seeing him continue to lead our healthcare project teams with valuable insight and experience.”

Wayne has accumulated an extensive background in reviewing project bids, scoping proposals and purchasing contracts, overseeing project field operations and subcontractors, and ensuring the safety and health of both hospital staff and visitors during construction. Over the course of his distinguished career, Wayne has managed significant healthcare projects including the Atlantic Health System Overlook Medical Center Parking Garage ($21 million) and Mount Sinai Medical Center Research Lab Facilities Renovation ($15 million).

Wayne is involved in the AEC industry including being a member of ASHE, the Hospital Engineering Society of Greater New York (HESGNY), the American Institute of Steel Constructors, and is also a member of the Regional Business Partnership in Northeastern New Jersey. Wayne received his Bachelor’s of Science from Central Connecticut State University as well as a degree from East Carolina University.
