Avison Young announced today that it has negotiated a long-term lease for the new world headquarters of Impulse Dynamics at 50 Lake Center, a trophy office building in Marlton, N.J.
Impulse Dynamics, a medical device company dedicated to transforming the treatment of chronic heart failure, will lease 21,000 square feet at the office building in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan market. Avison Young Principal Scott Martin represented Impulse Dynamics.

Impulse Dynamics is moving its global headquarters from Mount Laurel, N.J. The company, which also has offices in Germany, Curacao and Orangeburg, N.Y., recently announced the completion of an $80.25 million Series D financing with new investors. The proceeds will be used primarily to facilitate U.S. commercialization of the Optimizer Smart, an FDA-approved implantable device for treating chronic heart failure that has been proven to strengthen the heart and help it beat more forcibly.
Impulse Dynamics signed a long-term lease and is planning to move into 50 Lake Center in the second quarter of this year. Constructed in 2006, the building is one of the area’s newest office buildings and features ribbon glass construction, a beautiful two-story granite atrium, expansive window line, scenic lake views, onsite walking/running trails and plenty of parking. The four-story building features 88,785 rentable square feet situated on 11.6 picturesque acres.
The property is conveniently located on Rt. 73, just 1 mile north of the Rt. 70 intersection and 3 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike. It also is just 7 miles to the Cherry Hill Commuter Rail, 8 miles to the Lindenwold Commuter Rail and 23 miles to the Philadelphia International Airport. In addition, 50 Lake Center offers a host of nearby restaurants, stores and hotels.
