Arbor Realty Trust Leases Two Additional Floors in Seagram Building

Longtime Tenant More than Doubles its Occupancy and Renews for 10 Years

RFR announced today that Arbor Realty Trust Inc. has signed a 10-year, 36,248-square-foot renewal and expansion lease at the 375 Park Avenue – Seagram Building. Arbor, a leading real estate lender and investor, previously occupied 16,000 square feet on the 34th floor and is now expanding its operations to the entire 29th and 30th floors, more than doubling its occupancy and making it the third largest tenant in the building.

AJ Camhi and Kevin West of RFR represented the ownership in the lease transaction.Ted Koltis and Reid Longley of Colliers International acted on behalf of Arbor in the negotiations.

The Seagram Building is recognized as one of the world’s greatest architectural master-pieces. The landmarked building designed by the legendary architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe is his only work in NYC. Completed In collaboration with Philip Johnson, New York’s iconic skyscraper is celebrated as the culmination of functionality and refinement.

Arbor, which was established in 1983, now has offices in New York City at 375 Park Avenue, Westchester County, Boston, Cleveland, Dallas, San Francisco, New Jersey, and Manhattan Beach, among others.
