Nicole Galluccio
Compass, the real estate technology company, today announces that Brooklyn neighborhood specialist Nicole Galluccio has joined the firm. Nicole was Corcoran's top agent in Brooklyn Heights in 2019, closing over $60 million in total sales last year, and over $300 million throughout her 15-year career.
"I am excited to expand my business with the world-class marketing support and innovative tech tools provided at Compass, said Nicole. "I believe in fusing the best of real estate brokers and technology - Compass's platform will allow us to elevate our business and provide superior service to our clients."
The move comes at a time when the venture-backed start-up has experienced hyper-growth in Brooklyn. In 2019, the company onboarded 132 percent more agents year-over-year, bringing the total number of agents working out of the borough to 265. In recent weeks, other veteran agents have joined Compass including Carolyn Cedar from Douglas Elliman and ToniAnn Cusumano from Corcoran.
Nicole's team has experienced some growth of its own. Her three-member team joined her on the move to Compass, and she recently added two others as the team expands from northwest Brooklyn including Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill to up-and-coming neighborhoods in Prospect Lefferts and areas of Crown Heights.
The Nicole Galluccio Team provides full-service real estate counsel with an exceptional level of detail - from families to developers - and will work out of the Park Slope office at 514 2nd St.
