CBRE today announced it as been retained as the exclusive sales agent for a portfolio of two renovated and fully leased mixed-use properties located in the West Village and Williamsburg, respectively. The two assets total nearly 14,000 sq. ft. of commercial and residential space in two of the the city’s hottest neighborhoods.

The CBRE team of Daniel Kaplan, Elli Klapper, Jay Gelbtuch and Justin Arzi will spearhead the marketing campaign on behalf of a private investment group.

The first property is located at 239 Bleecker Street and is comprised of 6,300 sq. ft. of commercial and residential space. The four-story property was built in 1929 and was fully gut-renovated in 2013. In addition to the West Village asset, the portfolio also includes 258 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The four-story, 7,000-sq.-ft. commercial property was built it 1910 and was completely renovated in 2012.
