CBRE today announced that Eric Brown has been promoted to Director of the New Jersey project management team. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Brown served as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE, where he partnered with clients and managed the efforts of design consultants and general contractors to achieve project goals.

In his new role, Mr. Brown will focus on business development as he partners with CBRE’s leasing and sales professionals on new opportunities. Tasked to continue the growth of CBRE’s project management offering in New Jersey, he will be solidifying CBRE’s industrial project management service while expanding focus to various other services lines including life sciences, healthcare and higher education, among others. Coordinating with leasing professionals in New Jersey to support occupiers, Mr. Brown will also work closely with agency and asset management to support landlords.

Mr. Brown has over10 years of experience in the construction industry, including four years at VVA Project Managers as a Senior Associate. He has worked on large interior fit-outs, building repositioning and industrial projects.
