MNS Real Estate, a full-service real estate firm specializing in new development, re-leasing, and data collection, is pleased to welcome Eric Hantman as its new Director of Business Development.

Hantman brings more than 15 years of experience in the New York City real estate industry to MNS and over $400 million in real estate transactions. Prior to making the move, Hantman served as the CEO of Prime NYC, a boutique real estate firm that specialized in re-sales and leasing, and investment sales throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn – which he also founded in 2008.

At MNS, Hantman will continue his growth in the industry and specialize in offering his network and new clients MNS’ vast infrastructure, which includes new development sales, leasing and re-leasing, as well as in-house marketing, design, pre-development, and data.

“MNS is a natural fit for me and I look forward to propelling the firm forward as a comprehensive, full-service brokerage firm in 2020 and beyond,” said Hantman. “I am passionate about educating the industry further on the expert services that MNS offers and delivering top results.”

MNS currently has a portfolio of 12,000 units for rent and sale across Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, and works with over 120 owners and developers.
