Care Skills Home signs five-year lease on Fulton Street in Bed-Stuy

Tri State Commercial Realty, Brooklyn’s foremost real estate broker, has arranged a five-year, 3,600-square-foot lease for Care Skills Home, a home care company that is both relocating and simultaneously opening their eighth location, at 1125 Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The company will be situated on the third floor of the building. The agency will be occupying the space in March 2020.

The Tri State team, led by Vice President Avi Akiva, represented both the tenant, Care Skills Home and the landlord, The Bawabeh Group.

1125 Fulton Street is ideally situated along many transit and subway hubs, including the A and C lines, as well as the Franklin Avenue transit bus stop. The building houses medical offices, a supermarket, a wellness center, an advocacy and service facility and a home health care company.
