Howard Epstein, Director/Leasing, HSP Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, has arranged a 2,223-square-foot, fifth floor office at 16 West 36th Street for Ad.visory Solutions, LLC. The new tenant is a full-service technology firm that provides IT support services, technology audits, security and vulnerability audits, disaster recovery strategies, VOIP solutions, and network optimization.
“In recent years, 16 West 36th Street has become a hub for technology-based businesses,” points out Mr. Epstein. “The building’s upgraded infrastructure and central location also make it attractive to a diverse range of tenant groups.”
The landlord, Kiamie Industries, was represented by HSP Real Estate Group. The tenant was represented by Alex Bush of Handler Real Estate Organization. Asking rent for the three-year lease was $55-per-square-foot. The tenant plans to move from its current offices at 15 West 38th Street into the new space this month.
