CBRE is the Exclusive Sublease Agent in 600,000 SF Disposition
Having been named the exclusive agent of a 600,000 sq. ft. sublease space at 1675 Broadway, CBRE announced today its first major transaction, a 30,900 sq. ft. sublease with Exiger Holdings, Inc., a financial crime, risk and compliance solutions company. Exiger plans to relocate its corporate office from 1095 Avenue of the Americas to the entire 15th and a portion of the 16th floor of the 35-story tower. The floors are linked by an interconnecting staircase.
The CBRE team of Gregg Rothkin, John Maher, Paul Myers, Mike Wellen, Alex Bennisato and Cara Chayet represented the sublandlord in the 11-year deal. The asking rent was in the mid-$60s. Exiger will move into 1675 Broadway later this year.
