
Jake Chackman
Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, welcomes Jake Chackman to the New York City office as a project management associate. In his new role, Mr. Chackman will work directly with James A. Pirot, Managing Principal/Project Management, and Ronald Zeccardi, Senior Vice President/Project Management.
“Jake is already an asset to our team,” says Mr. Pirot. “He has an innate sense of the criteria needed for day-to-day operations, along with great enthusiasm and skill.”
Prior to joining Cresa, Mr. Chackman served as a field manager at Precision Building & Consulting, overseeing interior commercial projects ranging from $250,000 to $3 million. Before moving into project management, he worked as an associate account executive or Crystal & Company. Mr. Chackman earned his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University with a double major in Finance and History.
