Firm to serve as exclusive leasing agent for 272,628-square-foot block in the 860,000-square-foot masterpiece, 375 Park Avenue
JLL was selected by RFR Realty LLC as exclusive leasing agent for a very unique headquarters block of 272,628 square feet of space at the base of 375 Park Avenue, also known as the Seagram Building. The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for this block of space in the renowned, 860,000-square-foot landmark office building.
The JLL professionals overseeing the leasing assignment include Peter Riguardi, chairman and president of JLL’s New York operations; Paul N. Glickman and Cynthia Wasserberger, vice chairmen; and Benjamin Bass, managing director. They will work closely with AJ Camhi, executive vice president and director of leasing, for RFR Realty.

Together with RFR’s vision and expertise, our plan is to leverage the classic features, robust infrastructure, outdoor roof terraces, best plaza and Park Avenue location, large efficient floor plates and significant branding opportunities with various new and industry-leading amenities in order to appeal to the needs of today’s large headquarters occupiers.”
The 38-story 375 Park Avenue is the only New York City building designed by legendary architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The landmark building is considered an architectural masterpiece and was built as the headquarters for Canadian distillers Joseph E. Seagram & Sons.
Located on Park Avenue between 52nd and 53rd Streets in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, it is regarded as one of the world’s finest office properties, currently offering an executive lounge and terrace and art exhibitions on the Seagram Plaza and in the lobby.
