National Behavioral Health Facility Expands Into NJ
Vantage Real Estate Services (Vantage RES) is pleased to announce that a national, multidisciplinary behavioral health and addiction recovery treatment center, has signed a long-term lease in Cherry Hill. The new location, the company’s first in New Jersey, is located at 2250 Chapel Avenue. The office is conveniently located along a major commercial thorough fare, just minutes from I-295, the NJ Turnpike, Routes 70 and 38. Other tenants in 2250 Chapel Avenue include Bannett Eye Center, Summit Nursing, and American European Insurance Group.
The center provides comprehensive substance use disorder treatment programs that include connections to recovery resources such as housing, employment & peer support, psychiatric services, therapy & counseling, and medication assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders. The office is undergoing a complete renovation and will be open to treating patients in Spring 2020.
Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services, and Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services at Vantage RES, worked closely with the Co-Founder & VP Growth Operations and the Sr. Associate - Market Implementation at the center, to secure the long-term lease that fulfilled their very specific requirements.
