Mangru’s arrival signals Savills continued growth in the New York Tri-State region
Savills added Danny Mangru, a senior real estate professional with experience in evaluating meaningful trends on a local and national level, as a research director.
In this newly created position, Mangru will be based in the firm’s New York office and will oversee research efforts including Savills quarterly office market reports and other high-level market analytics for the Tri-State region, including New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
“We are thrilled to welcome Danny to our team here in New York,” said Sarah Dreyer, vice president and head of Americas research. “His expert insight on the New York office market and strong leadership skills are sure to enhance our platform as we expand the data-driven tools and services that Savills research provides to our professionals and clients.”
Prior to joining Savills, Mangru served as research manager at Transwestern Commercial Services, overseeing all aspects of the research department, including tracking and reporting market trends, budgeting, database management and staffing.
