CBRE announced today that it has promoted Donna Falzaranoto First Vice President. An experienced veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Ms. Falzarano has been with the CBRE Capital Markets group since 1993 and is active in all areas of commercial real estate finance. She has closed more than $7.5 billion on behalf of the debt team’s varied client base, primarily in the New Jersey MSA.

Along with partners James Gunning and Kyle Saviano, Ms. Falzarano has represented several high-profile clients including The Morris Companies, Russo Development, Hartz Mountain Industries, JP Morgan Asset Management and Murray Construction, among others.
