How does it work?The Closing Guarantee will pay $10,000 to agents when a borrower is a Buyer Advantage approved on a conforming loan product (either conventional or government), with all mortgage conditions met and the loan is not closed on time due to lenders delay. This new program will allow real estate agents to win contracts in a highly competitive and tight inventory market that the industry is predicted to be heading into this spring and summer.

Prosperity Closing Guarantee is only available on Buyer’s Advantage designated, conventional, FHA and VA loans approved by Prosperity Home Mortgage.
