Avison Young arranges 8new leases and expansions at thriving Florham Park office campus over the last year

The New Jersey office of Avison Young arranged 153,288 square feet of leases at Park Avenue at Morris County, a six-building, 1.16 million-square-foot trophy-quality office park located at 100 - 600 Campus Drive in Florham Park, New Jersey at the Columbia Turnpike exit off Route 24.
