Town Sports International Holdings (CLUB -20.3%) is considering a bankruptcy filing, according to Bloomberg Law.

Sources indicate that the sports club operator is in talks with advisers and lenders to get ahead of its nearly $200M loan maturity in November.

Shares of CLUB are down 86% over the last 90 days.
