The brokerage represented The Mental Mediatorwith its acquisition of a new location at Eastampton Place West. The location—a spacious, modern facility within a resort-style residential community—is easily accessible from Route 38, the NJ Turnpike, and Interstate 295.
Ken Richardson, Sr. Advisor at Vantage RES, worked closely with Shannon Shadman, CEO of The Mental Mediator,to identify the location and secure a lease for the new office.
