Somm Cellars Wine & Spirits will join Cipriani and Empellón at Upper West Side Development
National real estate development firm GID Development Group today announced that Somm Cellars Wine & Spirits, a luxury wine store concept crafted by two renowned sommeliers, has signed a retail lease at Waterline Square, the iconic three-building residential development offering a variety of lifestyle opportunities on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Created in partnership by Jason Jacobeit, Wine Director of the Michelin-starred New York restaurant Bâtard, and Daniel Jung, Head Sommelier at Wine Spectator Grand Award restaurant Tribeca Grill, Somm Cellars Wine & Spirits will add to the dynamic hospitality landscape at Waterline Square, which includes the world’s first large-format culinary experience by Cipriani and the first Uptown location of celebrated Mexican restaurant Empellón.
