Savitt Partners (Savitt), a full service commercial real estate firm, announced today that Hickory Lane Capital Management (Hickory Lane), an investment management firm, has signed a lease at 530 Seventh Avenue, located between 38th and 39th Streets, in the heart of New York City’s Garment District.
