Brokerage Secures New Location For City Select Auto
Vantage Real Estate Services (VANTAGE RES) is thrilled to announce another successful sale, this time in Pennsauken, NJ. The brokerage represented Lou Pellegrini, of City Select Auto, in the acquisition of the facility located at 5910 South Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken, NJ. The location—a 23,000 SF building with multi-tenant capability, had the ideal1.6 acre lot that the buyer required.The facility is located just minutes from the business’original location in Camden, NJ that was sold due to eminent domain. Vantage RES assisted City Select Auto with not only the sale, but also the business development and zoning process within Pennsauken Township, which ultimately led to full approvals for the dealership.
Ken Richardson, Sr. Advisor and Peter Abdallah, Director of Client Services of Vantage RES, worked closely with Lou Pellegrini, Founder of City Select Auto,and Eric Farhat and Haytham Ayyad, of 5910 South Crescent Blvd. to create a win/win solution. Vantage represented Silwad RE Investment Corporation with the sale of their property.
