Empire State Realty Trust Renews Ernst & Young at First Stamford Place

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) announced today that Ernst & Young renewed its lease at First Stamford Place, covering 35,661 square feet over contiguous space in two buildings at the award-winning office complex.

Ernst & Young is one of the world's largest professional services firm providing its clients with help in the Assurance, Advisory, Tax, and Transition Advisory sectors. Ernst & Young has over 200,000 clients in 150 countries.

"First Stamford Place's immediate proximity to mass transit, easy accessibility to I-95, and extensive list of on-campus amenities make it an ideal location for tenants who have employees traveling from within Connecticut and the larger tri-state area," said Jeffrey H.
