Class-A office complex in Florham Park becomes drive-in theater for Florham Parkfamilies during the COVID-19 Pandemic
The 100 Campus Drive parking lot space located within the Park Avenue at Morris County office campus in Florham Park, was recently transformed into a drive-in movie theatre for the local community in early June.
The Park Avenue at Morris Countyownership, Liberty Properties, LLC and their property team,along withthe Florham Park PBA Local 78 and the Florham Park Recreation Depart-ment,hosted a free showing of Toy Story 4 in the 100 Campus Drive parking lot of the six-building, 1.16 million-square-foot office park. The sold-out event offered a way for Florham Park families to enjoy a safe night outduring the COVID-19 pandemic and watch a movie on the big screen while in their cars.
I would like to thank the entire community at Campus Drive and Defalcos Towing. Without those involved, we could not have had a successful event. We have had this drive-in for the past 3 years. The kick off of the 2020 Drive In Movie Season has been the most important. With every-one quarantined for the past three months, this event was for the community of Florham Park. The people needed it and it gave the whole family something to look forward to. As the state continues to open up with fewer restrictions, we will continue to have events, said Charlie Greenstein, FPPBA Local 78 State Delegate.
