Helmsley Spear, LLC, America’s oldest continuously operating real estate firm founded in 1866, is pleased to announce that Randy Sherman has joined the firm as Executive Managing Director where he will focus on tenant and landlord representation.

Mr. Sherman has closed over six million square feet of commercial leasing transactions with major corporations. Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Mr. Sherman served as Executive Managing Director of MHP Real Estate Services for more than 20 years. While at MHP, Randy served as the Eastern Regional Vice President for TCN Worldwide. He also served as a Vice President with Broadwall Brokerage and Consulting, structuring relationships with many Fortune 100 companies.

Mr. Sherman graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
