Station Cities, a brokerage solution specializing in real estate and settling-in services for professionals moving into and around the world’s most complex cities, is excited to announce a major expansion in the New York Tri-State market. The brokerage, and its parent company, Dwellworks LLC, have agreed to assume operating control of DJK Residential, the New York City-based real estate operation previously owned by SIRVA Worldwide Moving and Relocation (SIRVA). Effective immediately, the combined organization will be known as Station Cities and will support clients and customers in the Tri-State region through a team of over 100 high performance agents specializing in executive-level customer experiences.

Station Cities agents benefit from a mixed-source revenue stream that includes corporate, retail, and other lead-generated programs. The combined entity will support over 300 Fortune 1000 employers in its unique, corporate relocation channel, providing rental and sales services for the exacting needs of a sophisticated customer base.
The day-to-day operations of the expanded Station Cities team will be managed by Gus Waite, Managing Broker, based in Manhattan. “This merger allows us to integrate a skilled team of experienced agents into our balanced brokerage model. We add additional flow of relocating professionals moving into and around the area and increase our inventory of exclusive landlords who are granted premier access to our leads. Station Cities will continue to operate from its headquarters in lower Manhattan with branches in Battery Park City and Westchester and in Cheshire, CT and Hoboken, NJ. Station Cities also operates in Seattle, Chicago, Shanghai, and Mexico City.
