Falcon Pacific Construction, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of Santiago Iglesias as a Project Manager with the company. In this role, Mr. Iglesias will be responsible for building-wide renovations and corporate interior construction. Kent M. Swig, President of Falcon Pacific, made the announcement.
“Santiago Iglesias has led many challenging and complicated development projects. We are pleased to now have him join the team at Falcon Pacific,” stated Kent M. Swig. “His experience will be essential as Falcon Pacific continue to grow in the years ahead.”
Mr. Iglesias has been in the building and construction industry for nearly 20 years. He has worked roles responsible for production, management, and coordination of schematic design for Neiman Marcus and H&M stores throughout the United States Eastern Region.
“I am thrilled to be joining the Falcon Pacific team where I will have the opportunity to work on noteworthy projects shaping the built environment of Metropolitan New York City,” said Mr. Iglesias.
Prior to joining Falcon Pacific Mr. Iglesias served as a superintendent at Tristar Construction in New York City. During his career there, Mr. Iglesias was in charge of the construction and supervision of more than $15 million in high-end corporate interior office spaces. In 2014, Mr. Iglesias worked at UA Builders where he served as a Construction Project Manager and Superintendent for four years. In 2012, Previously Mr. Iglesias was an Assistant Project Manager for Fields Construction and Development in New Jersey. While at Fields , he supervised and managed the interior renovation of over 240 residential units.
Mr. Iglesias holds an Architectural Degree from UPC in Bogota, Colombia. He is currently pursuing his architectural registration.
