A cross-office Avison Young team led by Todd Korren, Principal in the New York City office, along with Ted Stratigos, Principal and Managing Director, and Amanda Gorozdi, Senior Associate, in the Long Island office, will oversee leasing efforts for the property on behalf of its ownership, Vectra Management Group, and Hornig Capital Partners.
