CBRE Represented the Behavioral Healthcare Company in the Negotiations

CBRE announced today that it has arranged a new 4,300 sq. ft. office lease for LifeStance Health, Inc., a national behavioral health clinic. The company inked a long-term deal for a portion of the second floor at 188 West 230th Street in the Bronx and is actively seeking additional locations in Brooklyn and the outer boroughs.

CBRE’s Andre Sigourney and Jon Kamali represented LifeStance Health in the negotiations with ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC.

“LifeStance Health’s new Bronx office lease is part of the clinc’s national expansion plan to satisfy the country’s demand for mental health services,” said CBRE’s Sigourney. “Through virtual tours and marketing materials, we were able to navigate the negotiations and get the deal signed in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.”

LifeStance Health is a national leader in outpatient behavioral health services, offering psychiatry, psychology and talk therapy from a team of physicians, psychologists and licensed therapists. The company operates over 150 clinical offices nationwide across 15 states, providing both in-person and telemedicine care.
