The Verve Partnership is working with A|r, an award winning firm from Buffalo, NY, in collaboration with the University of Buffalo’s Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Life Sciences to create a new Start Up Incubator and Innovation Hub which is currently under construction. The anticipated completion date is October 2020.

Lauded as experts in the planning and design of over 20 innovation spaces, including coworking, accelerators, maker space, flex offices, and incubators, The Verve Partnership was sought out to join the A|r team in 2019, lending unique knowledge to the paradigm shift of how aligning the design of this space type is critical to the people and purpose they serve.

The newly renovated space will offer a variety of workplace and social settings that respond to technological, scientific, and economic innovations. These types of spaces encourage collaboration that stimulates individuals and growing companies from across different disciplines to work together under one roof to drive “innovation to impact” as noted by Christina Orsi, Vice President of Economic Development for the University.
